I wasn’t too sure what the shrub behind me was called, but the shape suggests it could be a type of Boxwood! It is often used for their dense foliage and ability to be shaped.

These king proteas are almost the size of my head!!! 🤣🤣 One thing I absolutely love about these flowers is that not only do they have a gorgeous bloom but they dry just as beautiful!!! this one here is on its way out- My next step is to hang it upside down without water and allow it dry completely! From there I can replace it in a vase and enjoy it forever ♾️ 😍
