Added 2022-08-11 17:19:16 +0000 UTCDid you know there are only 5 bio luminescent bays in the world and 3 of them are in Puerto Rico?! Even better, the brightest in the world on the island of Vieques! Also, that Vieques has more horses than people! I learned this fact and a few other interesting things while researching my trip. A place I made sure to visit was Playa Negra, the black sand beach. To get there, you have to follow a 7-10 min walking path to the beach. It was an easy, nature filled path that had some of the biggest hermit crabs I had even seen. The black sand itself was great! I even did a little skin care with it too, I had seen others do it online.
Walking to the beach is when I decided to document more adventures that isn't naked. That way, more people can see what I’m up to and I get a lot more practice while walking. The video turned out great! Also, I did get to the bio luminescence but I was not able to capture anything with my equipment, no one could! It’s an awesome experience you'll just have to see for yourself in person.
