Today I did lots of good things for my body. I walked for 20 minutes in the morning. I meditated for 5min using my Muse headband. I planned out my healthy meals using the Cronometer app. And I went to the gym and worked out for an hour. Especially focused on that booty! ( 🍑😜 ) The gym was suuuuper busy so I got a few shots for you where I could. What do you do to take care of your body? I worked my legs so hard that driving is a challenge!!
