I’ve got several ideas in mind about how this is going to be used and some possible modifications, but it’s in a useable state as is. Very easy build, it’s just two pieces of 2x6x10 board cut to size, assembled into the frame shape and painted. Some .75” plywood boards cut down to size are used to hold the upholstery padding and also had some tee bolts drilled into it so they could be attached to the frame, this also allows easy removal in case something needs to be replaced/fixed. The upholstery padding is doubled up pieces of 2” thick MDF foam wrapped in upholstery leather and attached to the plywood with staples. All in even with the painting it was around a 10 hour project.
