The importance of working capital is making itself known. I am so thankful for your support on here! Every background check costs between $50-$100, Our vests and decals cost another $50 or so in total plus company business cards for each person. We absolutely make that money back but when you are dealing with 30+ applicants and numerous people coming on at once the price adds up! It can cost upwards of $200 to bring each person which when you multiply 10, 20, 30 times you are talking up to $8,000 in extra capital that must be ready to go to sustain the growth. We may not get that investment back for 2-6 weeks because some motor clubs pay odd pay periods. OF has been an absolute life saver, empowering me to expand the company until the profits start coming in from those new people.
