It’s so important to track that data so we can see where we are profitable and where we need to improve. Plus it will become vital to have as we grow! One of my aspirations for 2024 is to add a 2nd company service vehicle, in order to do so our net margins have to be healthy. We want to add a pickup truck so we can carry the heavier air tools for bigger trucks.
