He has 20+ years experience in roadside assistance and was great with our customers. We brought him on to get ahead of all the growth in call numbers we had and though a team of 4 people stayed busy still, it was a welcomed relief from complete call overload we had had days prior with half the staff to handle it. The future is looking bright! ☀️
