💪🏼 From 0 to 304 KG, these photos show the seated incline leg press machine. This is part of my QUADS workout. Each of these round weights are called a plate. 🍽 Each plate is about 20 KG. At the gym you might see these plates also labeled as "45 LBS." Usually this is the largest and heaviest plate at most gyms. For my QUADS, I will start with 1 plate on each side of the machine. I'll do 6~20 repetitions then rest. This 1 set. After each set I add 1 or 2 plates to each side. Plates are always added equally on each side. ⚠️ Please DO NOT do this exercise until you have been taught how to do it safely ⚠️
