

Today was LEG DAY. Actually, LEGS are too much for me to handle in a single day. So I use TWO DAYS to exercise my LEGS. Usually the first day is QUADS. These are the BIG muscles on the upper front of your legs. They are called QUADS because there are FOUR muscles that are wrapped together to make the QUAD MUSCLE GROUP. On my second LEG DAY, I'll do HAM STRING, CALF, and BUTT. the HAMS are the muscles on the upper backside of each leg. The calf muscles are on the lower leg below the HAMS. And, I know all you horny guys know about the BUTT. People often call it GLUTES. Yep, that is PLURAL because there are TWO of them: the left side and the right side.
