I'm always in favour of living through emotions and letting yourself feel them! People who can't accept their sadness try to get as far away from it as possibleππ It's also important to avoid extremes, because food and bad habits will only help to improve your mood temporarily!π It's better to do something creative: paint, sing, dance or daydream!
