We're sorry we've been quiet the last few days! Here's what happened:
On Thursday we were so exited because the first rain of the season started. Which means the temperature drops for few degrees, an amazing feeling regarding how crazy hot it's been the last weeks.
But as we were celebrating, the power went suddenly down, not only leaving us in the dark, but cutting our running water at the same time. Because of the rain, a huge tree fell on the power lines of our street and it took 2 days for the workers to fix it. That's the downside of living in the middle of the jungle.
Out here no electricity means no wifi obviously but also no running water. So no shower for two days..?
James got creative and found us a way to stay clean despite the situation 🚿 🙌 (he even put candles in the bathroom for a more romantic set up), but he couldn't do anything about the wi-fi.
We had fun on the moment but now we are glad our power's back 😘 New video coming tomorrow!
