Making sure you clean your wood of debris before you stain it is critical! If you don’t the imperfections will show or even worse peel away leaving exposed wood on an otherwise perfect finish!

Time for that clean white finish! Using a spray paint and primer is always an easy option! Getting the handle attachment makes smooth passes and a clean finish a breeze!

Now that I have the seat off I am (not recommended) using a knife to pull all the staples out so I can put a new cover on the seats! Can you guess what fabric I’ll be using?

This weeks project is repurposing these chairs I found at a thrift store and turning them into something even better!! The first step of any renovation is demo!! I am taking this chair apart so I can paint it cleanly with a bright white finish! Stay tuned for the progress through the week!

What’a under the hood? This is a V8 with the classic H pattern 3 speed transmission and gets a whopping 8 miles to the gallon! So from time to time you should expect some tools in my hand working on this Jeep and not on Household projects! Also I’ll be asking you for all the tips! Send help🤣

The doors on the Jeep match the interior seats and the roof cover! It’s a simple metal wire frame with the fabric stretched over it! Safety was a huge priority in the 70s🤣
