Warm up set! I currently do 315lbs for 3 sets of 10 💪 which I’m happy with but this exercise is one that I’m trying to dial in. I think I have a lot left to improve on here!

Mid RDL - flutes fully engaged. Which, I may add- is not the prettiest but that’s 👌 because working out my flutes has allowed me to built the butt I have now, which I’m insanely proud of! Night and day difference from even a few years ago!

We always have a great time in the gym. Lifting with your friends may make your workouts a bit longer but typically the conversations, laughs and memories are well worth it 😊

Big things to come! 🤗 First step of our new gym set up. Had to insulate and AC the space for everyone! Have to keep it cool while we lift 💪 especially in the FL heat. Excited over the next month or so as we finish it off!
